A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli, whipped cream (125 ml), bluefin cheese (in Danish Blue), in pieces) and fresh chives (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Peel the stalks from the broccoli and cut them lengthwise into 6 elongated pieces.
  2. Cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
  3. Heat the cream with the cheese while stirring in a saucepan to a smooth sauce.
  4. Add black pepper to taste.
  5. Place the broccoli on a dish and pour the sauce over it.
  6. Sprinkle the chives.
  7. Tasty with fresh ravioli with cheese (pack 250 g)..
