Broccoli with blueberry cheese sauce
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli, whipped cream (125 ml), bluefin cheese (in Danish Blue), in pieces) and fresh chives (finely chopped).

Peel the stalks from the broccoli and cut them lengthwise into 6 elongated pieces.

Cook for 8 minutes until al dente.

Heat the cream with the cheese while stirring in a saucepan to a smooth sauce.

Add black pepper to taste.

Place the broccoli on a dish and pour the sauce over it.

Sprinkle the chives.
