Directions

  1. Halve the snow peas.
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.
  3. Bring a layer of water with a little salt to a boil in a steamer.
  4. Put the salmon in a steam basket.
  5. Put the snow peas in the water and hang the salmon above it.
  6. Cook the snow peas and steam the salmon in just 3 minutes.
  7. Rinse the snow peas in a colander with cold water and let them drain.
  8. Loosen the leaves of lettuce and cut into 3 cm pieces.
  9. In a salad bowl, mix the pieces of lettuce with the snow peas, basil and salad dressing.
  10. Put the pieces of salmon on it.
