Crispy salad with snow peas and salmon

Halve the snow peas.

Cut the salmon fillet into cubes.

Bring a layer of water with a little salt to a boil in a steamer.

Put the salmon in a steam basket.

Put the snow peas in the water and hang the salmon above it.

Cook the snow peas and steam the salmon in just 3 minutes.

Rinse the snow peas in a colander with cold water and let them drain.
-
Loosen the leaves of lettuce and cut into 3 cm pieces.
-
In a salad bowl, mix the pieces of lettuce with the snow peas, basil and salad dressing.

Put the pieces of salmon on it.
