Spinach in ginger sauce

A tasty asian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), sunflower oil, rice wine (bottle 500 ml), honey, spinach (wild (a 400 g)) and cornstarch.

Directions

  1. Slice the ginger. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the ginger for 1/2 a minute. Add the rice wine, honey and salt to taste. Add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Drain the spinach in a colander and collect the ginger sauce. Put the spinach in a bowl.
  2. Put the ginger sauce back in the woks and stir in the cornstarch. Cook gently for 1 min. Pour the sauce over the spinach and serve immediately. Nice with babi pangang and nasi.
