Stewed leek
Delicious side dish of stewed leeks with ground cumin, lemon, mustard and tomatoes.

Cut the dark green ends of the leek. She halved along the length and she was. Cut them into half rings of 1 cm, let drain.

Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the mustard seed and the cumin until they give off their scent, add the leek. Spoon and let the leek covered gently for about 10 minutes.

Grate 1 tsp fine of the lemon zest, press 1/2 lemon. Beat a dressing of the oil, mustard, 2 tbsp lemon juice, the peel and salt and pepper. Scoop the dressing through the leek.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and cut out the seed lists. Spoon the tomato over it.
