Salmon steak with water pesto


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, watercress, walnuts, lemon (squeezed), grated horseradish, walnut oil, salt and (freshly ground) pepper and warm smoked salmon steak.

Directions

  1. Put half of watercress in food processor or blender.
  2. Add walnuts, lemon juice and grated horseradish and puree everything into smooth sauce.
  3. Add mixing nut oil in thin stream.
  4. Water the pesto spesto with salt and pepper.
  5. Repeat the pesto in a bowl.
  6. Remove hard stalks from the rest of watercress.
  7. Distribute leaves of watercress over a flat dish.
  8. Remove the sheet of salmon steaks.
  9. Cut half the steaks and put them on watercress.
  10. Serving water pesto..
