Salad of kohlrabi with strawberries and coriander
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: lime, olive oil, honey, kohlrabi, shallot (finely chopped), strawberries and fresh coriander (finely chopped).
Grate the yellow skin thinly from the lime and squeeze out the fruit. In a bowl, beat a lime juice dressing with the oil, honey and salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the kohlrabi, cut it into thin slices and then cut the slices into small cubes. Mix the kohlrabi and the shallot through the dressing and leave the dressing for at least 30 minutes.
Clean the strawberries and cut them in four. Mix the strawberries with the grated lime zest and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Spoon the strawberries and coriander through the kohlrabi and add some fresh pepper. Tasty with grilled chicken or veal.
