A delicious indonesian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pork tenderloin, shallots, garlic, sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, djinten (ground cumin), ketoembar, pepper and soy sauce (sauce (see tip)).

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes of 1 1/2 - 2 cm. Chop and shred scallions and garlic. In a bowl stir in the sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, shallots, garlic, djinten, ketoembar and pepper. Stir in meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Place the chopsticks in cold water.
  2. Put the meat on satésticks. Roast meat on barbecue, in grill pan or under grill in approx. 10 minutes until cooked and cooked. Serve with soy sauce (see tip).
