Directions

  1. Put the olives and garlic out of the container with the capers and oregano in a tall cup.
  2. Remove the leaves from the parsley and add them with the tomatoes and oil to the olives.
  3. Puree the bar mixer to a coarse tapenade. Season with pepper.
