Fish packages with orange and thyme

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Wash the fish under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Cut 4 slices of orange and squeeze out the rest of the fruit. Brush 4 pieces of parchment paper with a brush with oil.

Place a slice of orange in the middle of each sheet and a piece of fish on top. Sprinkle the fish with (sea) salt and pepper.

Place a block of butter and a few sprigs of thyme on each piece of fish. Fold the baking paper together at the top and put the packages on the baking sheet.

Divide the orange juice over the 4 packages and fold the paper closed. Steam the fish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
