String beans with sesame
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: string beans (cleaned), sesame oil, spring onion (in rings) and roasted sesame seeds.

Cut the beans in thin strips lengthwise. Cook them in plenty of water with salt in approx. 7 minutes until al dente. Drain them in a colander and rinse them with cold water.

Heat the oil in the pan and stir in the spring onion and the drained beans. Let everything warm up well. Place the beans on an elongated dish and sprinkle the sesame seeds over it. Delicious with oriental spiced dishes.
