Braised endive with ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), garden peas (extra fine (a 450 g, frozen)), broad beans (a 300 g, frozen), endive (chopped (250 g)) and Parma ham (75 g).

Heat the butter with the oil and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the garden peas and broad beans and stir-fry approx. 3 min. Add the endive and heat for approx. 4 min.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into thin strips. Add to the endive mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Nice with the penne with eggplant and the chicken rolls with tomato.
