For 1 liter of iced tea, pour 1 liter of boiling water in a pan and add the bags of rooibos tea, lemon in slices and peach slices.

Let the tea draw for about 1 hour and cool and add 4-6 tablespoons of honey.

Pour the iced tea into a carafe and allow to cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Serve the iced tea with slices of peach, slices of lemon and ice cubes.
