Pizza rolls
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mix for pizza bottom, pizza herbs, grated (grana padano) and olive oil.

In a bowl mix dough with pizza herbs and cheese and knead into dough according to instructions. Roll out dough into rectangular piece of approx. 15 cm wide and approx. 1/2 cm thick. Cut dough into strips of 1 1/2 cm. To make 16 soaked sticks each knead a strip of dough. Until use, covered, store in refrigerator.

Cover half of the handles with oil, place on a greased grill topper with some space between them and grill for 4 to 5 minutes. Times and other sides also grind 4 to 5 minutes. Grilling the rest of the handles in the same way. Delicious with Italian dishes and as a snack with eg roasted tomato salsa.
