Baked oxheart cabbage with ham
A tasty american recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, garlic (finely chopped), dried thyme, cabbage (thin strips), sunflower oil, ham (250 g), flat parsley ((a 20 g), leaves chopped) and chilli (from mill).

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic and thyme for 1 min. Add the coals and cook over low heat for 20 min. Stir occasionally.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ham cubes in brown for 3 minutes. Mix with the coals and add the parsley. Season with pepper, salt and chili pepper.
