Kebab with mint yoghurt

Put wooden sticks in water to prevent burning.

Mix the ground beef with 2 tablespoons of mint, cumin powder, cinnamon and salt and pepper.

Heat the oven grill or use a grill pan.

Form sausages from the minced meat and thread them to the skewers. Brush them with the oil.

Roast the kebab not too close under the grill or in a hot grill pan in about 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn over the skewers regularly.

Mix the rest of the fresh mint with the garlic, the lemon juice, salt and pepper with the yogurt.

Serve the kebab with the mint yoghurt.
