Put the slices of bread in a deep plate and pour the milk over it. Leave for 2 minutes and squeeze out.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion. Put the minced meat in a large bowl and add the onion, eggs and squeezed slices of bread.

Mix everything together and season generously with salt and pepper.

Divide the minced meat into 2 portions. Make 1 portion of 4 large meatballs and the second portion of small meatballs the size of a walnut.

Heat 25 g butter in 2 frying pans. Bake in one frying pan the large balls on medium heat in 5 min. Brown.

Do the same with the small balls in the other pan. After the meatballs are brown, add 150 ml of water to each pan.

Let the large balls in about 20 min. Yarn and the small balls in 10 min. Time and again. Allow to cool.
