Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the onion in low heat and light brown in 5 minutes. Add the bacon and fry for a few minutes until crispy. Place the coals on top of the bacon and stir-fry a few minutes. Add a few tablespoons of water and let the coals with a lid on the pan stew for another 3 minutes so that it shrinks a little. Drain well in a colander.

Then put the kale with the bacon on the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Make 8 small kale mixture burgers. Heat the rest of the butter and fry in approx. 3 minutes per side until crispy. Note: due to the sugars in the coal, it can burn quickly, so keep the heat source low.
