Directions

  1. Halve the cucumbers in the length and scrape out the seeds.
  2. Cut each cucumber half into pieces and cut into sticks.
  3. Heat the oil and stir fry the cucumber 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the red pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Mix in the lime juice and the soy sauce.
  6. In the meantime, heat the sesame oil and roast the sesame seed.
  7. Sprinkle the cucumber with sesame seeds and coriander.
  8. This recipe is delicious with oriental dishes like nasi herbal goreng.
