Cut the chorizo into thin slices. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the chorizo in 6 min. Brown.

Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

In the meantime, cut the onion into half rings as thin as possible and add to size.

Grate the green skin of the lime above it. Squeeze out the fruit and add the juice to the onion together with the cane sugar. Shovel.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the flesh into slanted slices.
