Colorful carrot skewers with feta

Cut the feta into cubes of 2 cm. Peel the carrots with a peeler and season them with the peeler in long thin ribbons.

Put the ribbons in a colander and pour a liter of boiling water over it. Allow the ribbons to cool.

Wrap at least the cubes of feta in different colors of carrots.

Always stick a carrot roll with feta and olive on the tapas skewers, alternating in the colors.

Put each skewer in a small glass.
