Carrot salad with orange and honey
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: thin sliced carrot strips, orange, liquid honey, oil, pepper and salt and sesame seeds.

Put 450 grams thinly sliced carrot strips in a large bowl. Grate the orange layer of the peel of 1 orange. Cut the orange in half and then press it out.

Put the orange orange zest and the orange juice in a bowl. Add 4 teaspoons of liquid honey, 4 tablespoons of oil, a little salt and a little pepper. You now have a dressing.

Stir everything well together. Put a skillet on the fire and do not put oil or butter, but 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.

Fry the sesame seeds lightly brown. Shake the pan back and forth from time to time so that the sesame seeds get a color on all sides.

Let them get a bit colder. Put the dressing through the carrot strips in the large bowl and sprinkle the sesame seeds over it.
