Lettuce leaf with oriental roast beef salad

Cut the slices of roast beef in width into strips of 1 cm wide and scoop them in a bowl with the lime juice, the soy sauce, the sesame oil and some freshly ground black pepper.

Leave this salad for 10 minutes or put the salad in the refrigerator until use.

Put the roast beef salad in the lettuce leaves (or little gem lettuce) and place it on small plates or on a large scale.

Sprinkle the spring onion, coriander and sesame seeds.
