Chinese cabbage with ginger
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, butter, chestnut mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), orange (scrubbed), white wine vinegar, sugar and Chinese cabbage (in thin strips) ).

Heat 2 tbsp oil with the butter in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms and fry in approx. 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool on a plate.

Cut the ginger as finely as possible. Grate the orange zest of the orange and squeeze out the fruit. Beat in a bowl a dressing of the rest of the oil, the ginger, the orange zest and juice, the vinegar and the sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Put the coals and the mushrooms through.
