Marinated steak


A nice South African recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sambal oelek, white wine vinegar, ginger (on sunflower oil basis (jar 135 g)), steaks ((a 125 g) and at room temperature).

Directions

  1. Mix the sambal, vinegar and ginger and brush the steaks with it. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 min.
  2. Light the barbecue. Grill the meat for 6 minutes on the barbecue and regularly. Let the steak on a plate covered with aluminum foil rest for a few minutes and cut into slices.
