Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the mustard seed for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the onion and paprika and cook gently on a low setting for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the vinegar and the spices. Stir well and season with honey and salt.
  4. Scoop the hot mixture into a jar and allow to cool.
