Clean the orange.

Grate the orange skin of the orange thinly.

Squeeze out the orange.

Peel the piece of ginger and grate it on a fine grater, about a tablespoon of grated ginger is needed.

Hang the bowl or saucepan over the layer of boiling water and let the chocolate melt with stirring until it becomes a smooth sauce.

Stick a fig ball to the skewer and wrap it around the melted chocolate and place the chocolates on the baking paper.

Let the chocolate in the refrigerator firmly in 20-30 minutes.
