Stir-fried leeks with garlic and oyster sauce

Directions

Blanch the leek pieces for about 2 minutes in boiling water with salt. Drain and cut the pieces in quarter lengthwise.

Stir in the garlic and red pepper for about 1 minute in the oil and then add the leek.

Stir fry for about 4 minutes at medium height and pour over the oyster sauce. Stir in for a moment.
