Potato salad with green herbs
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (pound cress, 500 g), dill (15 g), flat parsley (20 g), chives (25 g), horseradish (pot of 140 g), white wine vinegar, liquid honey and sunflower oil.

Cook the potatoes in 15 minutes until done.

Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Meanwhile cut the dill, the leaves of the flat parsley and the chives coarse.

Mix the horseradish, white wine vinegar, liquid honey, sunflower oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Halve the potatoes and mix them with the herbs and dressing.

Serve lukewarm or cold..
