Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater with ⅔ of the lemon juice and the oil.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the red pepper finely.

Slice the garlic. Add the pepper and the garlic to the lemon mixture. Season with salt.

Peel the shrimps, remove the intestinal tract with a sharp knife and mix the shrimp with the marinade.

Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Fry them on the grill plate of the gourmet set with the oil in 4 minutes until done.

Turn halfway. Bake the last minute a tuft of bean sprouts and drizzle some lemon juice over it.
