Cut the onion into thin half rings. Put in a bowl with the red wine vinegar and the salt.

Remove the woody underside of the asparagus. Brush the asparagus with the oil.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the asparagus in 4 min. Until done. Times regularly. Remove from the pan and place on a dish.

Cut the zucchini into slanting slices, scoop with the oil and grill 5 minutes. Turn halfway.

Add the zucchini with the onion and vinegar to the asparagus and scoop.

Chop the almonds coarsely, sprinkle over them and serve. Yummy! .
