Pumpkin with cranberries
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, pumpkin (washed), chicken broth (from tablet), butter, nutmeg, coriander powder and cranberries.

Cut off the top and bottom of the pumpkin.

Halve the pumpkin, scoop out the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes (the skin may just stick to it).

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pumpkin cubes.

Pour in the stock and add the nutmeg and coriander.

Stew the cubes in 15-20 minutes with the lid on the pan over low heat until done (scoop occasionally).

Spoon the cranberries with the pumpkin and let them simmer for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper..
