A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (firm cooking), garlic (peeled), bay leaf, crème fraîche (125 ml), spring onions ((3 pieces) and in rings).

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook them in salted water for 25 minutes in the water along with the garlic and bay leaf.
  2. Drain the potatoes and remove the bay leaf. Heat the crème fraîche in a saucepan over low heat. Add to the potato. Mash the potatoes and garlic with the puree mash. Mix in the spring onions and season with salt and pepper. Tasty with grilled chicken breast and a green salad.
