Directions

  1. Drain the olives, capers, tuna and anchovies.
  2. Peel garlic and cut into quarters.
  3. In the food processor, puree garlic, olives, capers, tuna, anchovies and lemon juice.
  4. Add oil in thin stream.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Serve with baguette..
