Shiitake shawarma from a gourmet pan
Shoarma from shiitake with shoarma herbs in gorditas with tomato, cucumber and garlic sauce.

Tear the shiitakes each in 4 pieces. Halve the big pieces. Mix the shiitake with the shawarma herbs and olive oil in a bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the candy cucumbers into slices. Slice the garlic and mix with the mayonnaise.

Heat the gourmet set. Bake ¼ of the shiitake in 5 min. Until golden brown and cooked in a gourmet pan. Change regularly.

In the meantime, heat the gordita on the gourmet plate. Heat for 5 minutes. Turn halfway. Make the rest of the shiitake and gordita's.

Spread the gorditas with the garlic mayonnaise. Divide the cucumber slices and tomato. Divide the shiitake shawarma about it.
