A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shallots (chopped), dry white wine, ice-cold butter (diced) and lemon juice.

Directions

  1. Heat the shallot with the wine in a saucepan and cook in half.
  2. Pour the sauce through the ball sieve, pour the liquid back into the pan and reduce the heat.
  3. Whisk together the blocks of butter with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lemon juice just before serving.
