Broccoli with mozzarella and anchovies

Steam or boil the broccoli al dente in 4-5 minutes. Drain the anchovies and collect the oil.

Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic and red pepper for about 2 minutes.

Add half of the anchovies and let them melt. Scoop the broccoli florets through.

Mix the anchovies oil with the lemon juice and the parsley. Season with pepper.

Mix the broccoli with the mozzarella and the rest of the anchovies. Drip with the anchovy oil.

Tasty with steak, tartar or chicken.
