Asian sauerkraut
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sauerkraut (fresh), white wine, mushroom melange (tray of 200 g), butter and soy sauce (salt).

Heat the sauerkraut with the wine and the liquid from the package for 10 minutes with the lid closed in a thick-bottomed pan.

In the meantime, clean the mushrooms with a mushroom brush or kitchen paper.

Heat the butter and stir-fry the mushrooms on high heat until all the moisture has evaporated.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

Drain the excess cooking water from the sauerkraut.

Season the sauerkraut and mushroom mix with pepper and salt.

Divide the sauerkraut over 4 plates and shovel the mushrooms.

Serve a smooth puree of coarsely crushed potatoes with crème fraîche and slices of black olive through it, and a rosé fried game steak..
