Garlic balls with satay sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), egg yolk, fried onions (100 g container), garlic (finely chopped), sweet soy sauce, sunflower oil and satay sauce (ready-to-eat (a 500 g)) ).

Put the minced meat in a bowl. Knead the egg yolk, onions, garlic, ketjapmarinadeen pepper and salt.

Roll balls of the size of a walnut. Heat the oil and fry the balls in 10 min. Brown and done.

In the meantime, heat the satay sauce. Serve the balls with the sauce.
