Directions

  1. Turn the oven on at 200 ° C.
  2. Place the potatoes (in an oven dish) on the grid in the oven and puff them for 1 hour. The oven does not have to be preheated.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the oven, but leave the oven on. Cut them into parts lengthwise, scoop out the crumbs, leaving a ½ inch.
