Tuna melt potatoskins
Side dish of red-skinned potato with tuna, raw vegetables and grated cheese from the oven.

Turn the oven on at 200 ° C.

Place the potatoes (in an oven dish) on the grid in the oven and puff them for 1 hour. The oven does not have to be preheated.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, but leave the oven on. Cut them into parts lengthwise, scoop out the crumbs, leaving a ½ inch.

Put the tuna with adhering oil in a bowl. Mix in the pepper mix and ⅓ of the potato crumb.

Place the potato parts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Divide the tuna mixture over it.

Sprinkle with the cheese and fry the potatoskins for another 20 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown.
