Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Divide the unpeeled baby potatoes over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Cut the zucchini into slanted, thick slices and spread them with the garlic between the potatoes. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake in the oven in approx. 40 min. Until golden brown and done. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the spring onions. Tasty with a beef tartlet.
