Porkery dish with apple sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pork rag (about 500 g), salt and pepper, butter, onions (in coarse pieces), apple (in small cubes), lemon juice and marjoram (dried).

Directions

  1. Pork the pork croquette with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter and fricandeau in about 5 minutes around brown cans.
  3. Add onion and gently fry approx.
  4. 5 minutes.
  5. Pour water along edge of pan 11/2 dl and cook fricandeau gently in 30 minutes.
  6. Mix with onion blender through gravy.
  7. Mix apple cubes, lemon juice and marjoram with gravy and gently heat for approx.
  8. 2 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Cut meat into thin slices and lay them flat on a flat dish.
  11. Add sauce separately..
