Spaghettini with pecorino
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: spaghettini (pasta, bag 500 g), lemons (squeezed), Pecorino Romano (cheese), extra virgin olive oil, flat parsley ((20 g) and finely chopped).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime pour the lemon juice into a bowl. Grate the cheese. Add to the lemon juice. Mix the oil through the spoon.

Drain the pasta and collect a cup of cooking liquid. Put the pasta back in the pan and put on low heat. Add the lemon cheese mixture and 2 tablespoons of cooking water and stir for 2 minutes while stirring. Divide the pasta over 4 deep plates and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve immediately. Tasty with the grilled vegetables.
