Peel thinly from lime and press fruit.

In bowl, stir in tomato puree with lime zest, vodka and sugar.

Sour sour cream, Mexican spices and to taste lime juice, tabasco and salt.

Fry the sauce in a bowl and, covered, keep it in a refrigerator until it is used.
