Stir-fried Brussels sprouts with walnuts

Halve the sprouts. Chop the walnuts coarsely. Heat the oil in a stirring stirring the curry powder through the oil.

Spoon the sprouts through the curry oil and stir fry them for 3 minutes. Cut the red onion into strips, add and stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour in the water and let the sprouts be cooked over a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Let the moisture evaporate.

Spoon the walnuts through the sprouts and warm the dish while you are still shoving. Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.
