Salad with roasted green asparagus
Vegetarian salad with green asparagus. Perfect appetizer for a dinner.

Beat in a bowl of oil, sherry and vinegar to a dressing. Peel the garlic and press out above it. Season with pepper and salt. Cut the bottom 2 cm. from the asparagus. Wash the asparagus.

Drain well and brush with the rest of the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the asparagus in approx. 5 minutes until al dente. Times regularly. Make a bed of radicchio salad on the plates. Put the asparagus on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle dressing over it. Serve with roast meat or fish.
