A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), honey, cream sherry (bottle 0.75 liter), sunflower oil and sesame seed (box 100 g).
Beat the soy sauce, honey and sherry with the oil to marinade.
Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter for 3 minutes and add to the marinade.
Great to marinate chicken, shrimp or pork.
And good for skewers of scallops and zucchini..
