Spicy asparagus from the oven

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Put the asparagus on a shelf one by one and peel them down from the cup with a peeler. Put the asparagus in a row and cut the woody ends at the same height, so that all asparagus are of equal length.

Place the asparagus side by side in the roasting dish, and divide the slices of garlic and thyme leaves in between. Sprinkle some sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle the wine and olive oil over it. Spoon the asparagus until they are covered with some oil.

Slide the roasting pan into the oven and roast the asparagus in 25 minutes until lightly browned and done. Spoil them now and again.
