Endive with ginger and cashew nuts
Quick side dish of endive with garlic, ginger syrup and cashew nuts.

Cut the hard bottom of the endive. Wash the leaves and tear them into pieces.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min.

Add the endive in parts and stir fry on a high heat for about 2 minutes until al dente. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.

Season with the ginger syrup and pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the cashew nuts.
