Ingredients
Directions
-
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips on a medium-high heat until crispy.
-
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the underside of the sprouts and remove the outer leaves if necessary.
-
Halve the sprouts and place them on the cutting edge in a single layer in a skillet. Add the butter and let the sprouts on low heat very light colors.
-
Add the onion rings and cook for another 10 minutes until the sprouts are tender and the onions are translucent.
-
Add the cream and then the almonds. No salt is needed, because the bacon is already salty. Heat briefly and serve.
