Spicy sweet potato spread


Fast spread for bread or sweet potato, red pepper, chickpea and garam masala.

Directions

  1. Peel the sweet potato, cut into 2 cm cubes and boil in a layer of water for 8 minutes until done.
  2. Drain, let something cool down and put them in a tall cup.
  3. Halve the red pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into pieces and also put it in the cup.
  4. Let the chickpeas drain and add the contents, together with the garam masala.
  5. Puree to a spread and if necessary season with salt.
