Spicy sweet potato spread
Fast spread for bread or sweet potato, red pepper, chickpea and garam masala.

Peel the sweet potato, cut into 2 cm cubes and boil in a layer of water for 8 minutes until done.

Drain, let something cool down and put them in a tall cup.

Halve the red pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into pieces and also put it in the cup.

Let the chickpeas drain and add the contents, together with the garam masala.

Puree to a spread and if necessary season with salt.
